Description
Wine tannin, found naturally in grape skins and often lacking in other fruits, adds body, structure, and improves the mouthfeel of a wine as well as aids in clarification. Tannin also improves the ability of a wine to age well. Use: Add 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of wine.
