Toasted Coconut Chips

Thick slices of fresh, mature coconut toasted to perfection. The best way to use coconut is by adding toasted chips to wort at the end of the boil or by adding the toasted chips to beer at the end of fermentation like a dry hop addition. (In the fermenter or directly in the keg).
