This stainless steel skimmer is a staple for all cheese makers. The slotted design lets whey drain from the curds, as they are scooped out of the pot, and placed into draining cloth or cheese molds. This skimmer can also be used to mix ingredients into milk and stir curds while heating.
Should be boiled, to sterilize, before each use.
After use, wash in hot soapy water and allow to dry.
