An enthusiastic top cropper from Düsseldorf. This strain ferments at low temperatures with a clean, low ester profile. Light fruit emerges at the higher temperatures. Features quick maturation. Yeast stays in suspension. Little to no diacetyl. Try also Kolsch II (OYL-044) or even West Coast Ale I (OYL-004).
