Description
Don's Blonde is a refreshing, transparent, golden colored ale. Not really a light beer because the ABV is on the higher end of the scale for this style, but certainly not a heavy beer. The malty goodness of the grains come through in the flavor as well as the aroma with just a hint of hops. This beer is great in the summertime but can also work well as a year-round beer with or without the addition of flavorings. If you have friends that are domestic beer drinkers and don't care for ales then introduce them to Don's Blonde Ale. You will definitely change their minds.

- 6.6 lbs Malt extract
- 2 lb of milled grain
- Hops
- Priming sugar
- Fining agents
- Fermentis Safale US-05 Ale Yeast
