Description
The Pilsner beer style originated in the Czechoslovakian city of Pilsen around the year 1842. Thus began the evolution from dark cloudy beers to golden bright beers. This Bohemian style is characterized by a golden color, soft malty flavor balanced by dry finish and a pleasant hop bouquet. It has a moderate alcohol content (4-5%) and an assertive hop bitterness.
